At about 6PM I ordered food to be delivered at 9PM. At 9:05 I called, and was told that it would be there at 9:10. The food was delivered at 9:20. This is unacceptable. You had three hours to prepare the food. It's ridiculous.
Some of the more items are very spicy and kids couldn’t eat. May be providing options to choose spice level and kids friendly would be nice and will make it convenient to order next time for full family at one place. Now when ever we order at your place either we make something for kids at home or order at other place for kids
Add the transaction costs in the price and don't let us require to pay tip.
The food was a bit disappointing for us as vegetarians happy with a restaurant like Veggiesaurus in our neighbourhood. We were looking forward to a veggie Indian dish. We expected some sort of curry, more saucy to go with the naan and rice. The food was dry and the chunks of vegetables and paneer/tofu were quite big.

Bezorging top, heel keurig en beleefd. Eten, helaas minder. Ik weet niet wat er in ons eten zat, maar we vonden het beiden helemaal niet lekker. Alsof het niet helemaal goed meer was. Uiteindelijk maar paar happen van gegeten. Vooral de Litti chokha was echt niet te eten, sorry.
