The food from Veggiesaurus is excellent, which is why I keep ordering. However, this is now the third time there has been an issue regarding delivery. Previously, I made orders through Thuisbezorgd, there were delays to the delivery and I had calls from the restaurant blaming Thuisbezorgd for the heavily delayed deliveries. So this time I tried to order through the website directly. I was told that roads had been closed in Den Haag causing delays. At the same time, my wife was leaving work near Schieveningen and drove through Den Haag with no trouble or delay. I don't mind how long it is going to take to deliver the food (within reason) I just want to be given a vaguely accurate time and the food to be hot when it arrives. I don't want calls with excuses, I just want to be told an approximate ETA for the food. I will order one more time but if the same issue arises again it will be that last time that I order.
Food is delicious and most important is that it’s still warm when delivered, which it was. Thank you
The food was too spicy, hot. The wrap was much too dark, we threw it away. The delivery was one hour too late. However untill this time we really liked you food and service. So see you next time! :)
